1. Scope of Work: As a furry illustrator freelancer, I will provide art and illustration services specifically catering to the Furry Fandom. This includes creating original furry characters, artwork, and related content.
2. Commission Process: To begin a commission, the client must provide a clear and detailed description of their requirements (reference sheet and/or detailed description of their character). Prices and turnaround times will be discussed and agreed upon before starting any work.
3. Payment: Client is required to pay the agreed amount before I start working on the commission. Payment methods accepted; PayPal.
For in-country clients I can accept; Vipps.
4. Revisions: I am committed to ensuring client satisfaction. A reasonable number of minor revisions will be allowed during the artwork creation process. However, significant changes may incur additional fees.
5. Copyright and Usage: Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive a license to use the commissioned artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes only. I retain the copyright and may display the artwork in my portfolio and social media, crediting the client as the owner.
6. Refunds: If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued promptly. Once the client has approved the final artwork, no refunds will be issued.
7. Communication: Open and clear communication is essential for a successful collaboration. I will respond to client inquiries and progress updates in a timely manner.
8. Respectful Content: I will not create artwork that promotes hate speech, violence, or any content that goes against the principles of inclusivity and respect. I reserve the right to decline commissions that violate these guidelines.
9. Confidentiality: Any personal or sensitive information shared during the commission process will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
10. Delivery: The final artwork will be delivered in a digital format, unless agreed otherwise.
11. Termination: Both the client and I have the right to terminate a commission at any stage if circumstances arise that prevent the completion of the project. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed.
By proceeding with a commission, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated and will not affect ongoing commissions.
